Marcos Zelada-Rodas leads ZR Public Relations with a well-rounded expertise in political communications, nonprofit PR, and government affairs. As a U.S. Army veteran who served as a Military Police Officer and Public Affairs Officer, Marcos developed a foundational expertise in strategic communication that has been pivotal across his varied roles.

Throughout his career, Marcos has excelled in high-impact positions, including as Communications Director for the CA Republican National Hispanic Assembly and Senior Public Relations Representative for Project 307. He has also carved a niche in campaign communications consulting, where his strategic insights and innovative approaches have significantly boosted public engagement and campaign success.

His notable achievements include working with Richard Grenell, former Acting Director of U.S. National Intelligence under President Trump, where Marcos directed communications for a significant ballot initiative, showcasing his ability to handle complex communication tasks effectively.

Marcos is a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Arnold, MO, and believes deeply in volunteering and contributing to local nonprofit initiatives that positively impact the area.

Marcos and his wife, Savanna, enjoy exploring U.S. National Parks through hiking in their leisure time.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Arts in Communications from Mt.
